Construction Project Scheduler

An award-winning Construction Technology company, working with Augmented Reality and Digital construction tools, is looking to hire a Project Scheduler to work on Data Center projects.  The role is fully remote based, though will require occasional travel across the USA, and pay up to $150,000 + benefits. Thier technology is transforming project execution, through consultancy services on Data Centre projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.

Construction Project Scheduler Role Overview

As a Construction Scheduler, you'll manage the planning and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and of the highest quality. You'll work with engineering, production, and sales teams, using 4D Planning and Augmented Reality for real-time tracking.

Responsibilities
  • Lead planning teams with Planning software (Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, MSP), and 4D integration.
  • Integrate Project Programmes into 3D designs.
  • Sequence MEP activities within the BIM model.
  • Collaborate with Sales on client calls.
  • Perform data analytics with Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel.
  • Report progress regularly.
  • Monitor productivity and deadlines.
  • Provide technical support for Planning & Project Controls.
Requirements
  • Construction Project Planning / Scheduling experience.
  • Knowledge of MEP planning and Data Center projects.
  • Degree in a construction-related field.
  • Experience with Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject or MS Project.
  • Ability to analyze construction sequences and resolve issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others.
  • Willingness to travel semi-regularly.
