We’re seeking an experienced BIM Manager / BIM Engineer to drive digital delivery and innovation across high-profile construction projects. This role is based in Manchester with site travel, and pays up to £70,000 + benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage BIM processes across diverse projects.
  • Oversee federated BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ISO 19650 standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and clients to champion digital workflows.
  • Support 4D/5D modelling and advanced digital construction initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in BIM coordination or BIM management within construction or infrastructure.
  • Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, and other BIM tools.
  • Strong understanding of CDE administration, digital delivery, and project lifecycle management.
