Key Project Controls Management Responsibilities
- Establish and manage integrated project control systems (cost, schedule, risk, performance).
- Lead cost engineering, earned value management (EVM), planning, and risk disciplines.
- Interface with planning, commercial, engineering, and delivery teams.
- Deliver strategic insights through accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Build and lead a high-performing project controls team.
- Expert in Project Controls within major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Strong NEC3/NEC4 contract knowledge.
- Background in site-based roles (planning, engineering, project management).
- Proven experience in programme governance and stakeholder reporting.
- Skilled in Power BI or similar for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in joint venture (JV) environments is a plus.
- Work on one of the UK’s largest infrastructure programmes.
