About the Role We’re seeking a Planner to join a dynamic team delivering major infrastructure and facilities projects. You’ll provide full planning services across assigned projects, including schedule development, monitoring, and recovery planning. This role involves supporting smaller projects (up to £20m) or assisting senior planners on complex programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust delivery schedules with clear milestones.
- Monitor schedules, identify critical activities, and update progress.
- Review contractor schedules, analyse data, and provide recommendations.
- Prepare progress and performance reports.
- Manage contract program assessments, compensation events, and delay analysis.
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in construction or business-related field.
- Proven experience as a planner on projects over £5m.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of infrastructure planning, quantity takeoffs, and statistical analysis.
- Understanding of engineering, procurement, contracts, and NEC frameworks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in dynamic environments.
- Hybrid working (3 days on site in London).
