Project Planner Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Scope Management: Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring full scope coverage and contingency planning.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project timelines and facilitate pull planning sessions.
- Performance Tracking: Evaluate project progress against schedules, prepare progress reports, and communicate status regularly.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with engineering, procurement, and construction management teams to optimise work sequencing and ensure schedule accuracy.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk analysis and recommend schedule improvements for effective project execution.
Desired Project Planner Experience:
- Senior level Project Planning experience within a construction environment.
- Expert knowledge in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of commercial construction processes in Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences environments.
- Skilled in scheduling, resource planning and managing multiple projects.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Team leadership and adept at building cross-functional relationships.
