Develop, baseline, and maintain realistic, compliant tender and contractual programmes under NEC3/4 conditions of contract.
-
Lead the rollout and integration of 4D planning through the construction phase.
-
Deliver collaborative planning workshops with project delivery teams to establish key assumptions on methodology and outputs.
-
Monitor progress, evaluate changes to scope, perform detailed delay analysis, and maintain robust audit trails for contractual programme revisions.
-
Partner closely with commercial teams to monitor productivity, integrate cost forecasts, and record the contractual impact of site variances.
-
Produce and distribute regular look-ahead programmes, weekly progress dashboards, and monthly client progress reports.
-
Liaise directly with Project Managers, Senior Leadership, and client representatives to present programme performance.
-
Oversee Primavera P6 administration, delivering software coaching and technical best-practice guidance to junior team members.
-
Ensure accurate As-Built programme sign-off and documentation at project closeout.
Candidate Requirements
-
Proven planning track record within civil engineering, heavy infrastructure, or M&E projects.
-
Advanced technical proficiency with Primavera P6.

-
Prior project delivery experience within the UK Water industry (clean water or wastewater capital delivery frameworks).
-
Background in site-based engineering or construction management.

Experience with contract administration platforms such as CEMAR and Aconex.
-
Relevant professional qualification (ICE, CIOB, APM, or equivalent).
