We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Delivery team in the Hertfordshire area. You will lead the design, construction, and commissioning of multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project lifecycles from tender handover to final completion.
  • Lead and motivate multi-disciplinary site teams and subcontractors.
  • Oversee commercial management, including accurate forecasting and cost control.
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety (CDM) and quality standards (BMS).
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and joint venture partners.
 

The Candidate

  • Experience: Proven track record in multi-disciplinary design and construction (Utilities/Water sector preferred).
  • Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Commercial discipline + PMQ (or equivalent).
  • Contracts: Strong working knowledge of NEC or IChemE contracts.
  • Skills: Expertise in Risk & Opportunity management, project scheduling, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Attributes: A delivery-driven leader with excellent communication skills.
