- Lead and motivate multi-disciplinary site teams and subcontractors.
- Oversee commercial management, including accurate forecasting and cost control.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety (CDM) and quality standards (BMS).
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and joint venture partners.
The Candidate
- Experience: Proven track record in multi-disciplinary design and construction (Utilities/Water sector preferred).
- Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Commercial discipline + PMQ (or equivalent).
- Contracts: Strong working knowledge of NEC or IChemE contracts.
- Skills: Expertise in Risk & Opportunity management, project scheduling, and stakeholder engagement.
