A Project Controls Manager contract is now open, based in Newcastle, Tyne and Wear, paying circa £500/day outside IR35, 3 days on site is expected, 6 months initial duration.
Key Project Controls Manager Responsibilities:
· Define and implement project controls approaches across various levels.
· Champion continuous improvement in Project Controls processes.
· Establish robust risk governance and assurance processes.
· Lead cross-discipline teams to deliver effective Project Controls services.
· Collaborate with the client to develop relevant breakdown structures and support scope definitions.
· Ensure alignment of scope, cost, risk and schedule.
Desired Experience for this Project Controls Manager Contract:
· Application of multiple Project Controls disciplines in various projects, ideally in the Build and/or MEP environment.
· Able to define and implement Project Controls and Change Controls process.
· Experience in setting up and/or managing PMO functions for complex programmes.
· Ability to interact with Senior Management / Leadership members in complex project environments.
· Team Lead experience.
· Proficiency in systems and tools such as PowerBI and Excel.
· Familiarity with Project Controls software such as ASTA, Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys, etc.
