We’re seeking an MEP Planner to support the delivery of exciting projects and tenders for a leading contractor across sectors including Commercial, Life Science and Education.
In this role you will play a key role in developing and managing programmes, working closely with project teams throughout the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MEP programmes using Asta Powerproject, aligned with overall project schedules.
- Support planning across tender, pre-construction, and live project stages.
- Monitor progress, carry out regular updates, and identify risks or delays.
- Produce lookaheads and progress reports to support project delivery.
- Work with site, design, and commercial teams to resolve sequencing and coordination issues.
- Contribute to programme reviews, planning meetings, and recovery strategies where needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in a planning role, ideally within MEP.
- Strong working knowledge of Asta Powerproject.
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems.
- Experience across project delivery and/or pre-construction phases.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
