As a Project Cost Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our mission to transform performance for a green, inclusive and productive world. Working on natural resource projects, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to clean energy projects that are shaping the future of our planet. Your work involves:
Liaise with key stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate cost data and reports
Produce and maintain EAC data and associated variance analysis
Understand and utilise cost management and reporting systems effectively
Assist in change implementation and interpretation of changes affecting cost performance
Apply cost data to risk and opportunity assessment
Review and integrate cost performance data from contractors and suppliers
Conduct earned value analysis and communicate findings effectively to management
Desired experience for this Project Cost Engineer role:
Proficiency in cost management software such as Ecosys, ARES PRISM, or similar tools
Knowledge of project controls and management methodologies
Understanding of earned value management, progress reporting, forecasting, and cost risk analysis techniques
Ability to build strong client relationships and articulate benefits achieved
Proactive in seeking efficiencies and managing costs
Strong communication and presentation skills
