We are recruiting an experienced 4D Planner to support the delivery of complex, high-profile construction projects within a digitally driven environment. This role is ideal for a planner who enjoys turning programmes into clear, visual construction narratives by integrating schedules with BIM models.
You will play a key role in improving planning accuracy, construction sequencing, and stakeholder understanding through high?quality 4D simulations and visualisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain 4D planning models to support project planning and delivery
- Integrate Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent schedules with 3D BIM models
- Collaborate closely with project managers, planners, engineers, and BIM teams to align sequencing and methodology
- Produce 4D simulations and construction visualisations for tender support, stakeholder engagement, and live projects
- Monitor project progress and update 4D models to reflect programme and site changes
- Proven experience in construction planning and scheduling
- Practical expertise with 4D planning software such as Synchro, Navisworks, or similar
- Strong understanding of BIM processes, construction methodology, and sequencing
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams
