We're seeking a talented Risk Manager to join our dedicated team and play a pivotal role in supporting our business growth and delivering world-class service to our diverse client base.

Risk Manager Role Overview:

As a Risk Manager, you will work closely with our dynamic team, reporting directly to senior leadership. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, evaluate, manage and mitigate risks and opportunities throughout project lifecycles. By leveraging historical, present and forecasted data, you will provide invaluable insights to ensure projects stay on budget and schedule, ultimately achieving optimal outcomes.

Key risk Manager Responsibilities: 

·        Identify and understand risk events and opportunities impacting project success.

·        Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

·        Develop comprehensive data models to communicate risks at board level and support decision-making.

·        Utilise relevant software for quantitative risk analysis and reporting.

·        Maintain risk and opportunity registers, ensuring accurate reporting.

·        Enhance reporting processes to meet regulatory requirements and client needs.

·        Collaborate across projects and stakeholders to gather and disseminate risk information effectively.

·        Proactively monitor deadlines and chase mitigation actions. 

We look for a mix of the following experience in our Risk Managers:  

·        In-depth understanding of risk management and quantitative risk management.

·        Experience in PMO within risk and control or project management.

·        Strong analytical and communication skills.

·        Proactive mindset with a focus on collaboration and client management.

·        Previous consultancy experience is desirable.

·        Have worked on large scale infrastructure or civil engineering projects
