The PCM role is based out of their London office and is hybrid, allowing you to work from home a few days per week, and pays up to £70,000 + a full consultancy-based benefits package.

Key PCM Responsibilities:

·        Lead cross-discipline teams to deliver effective project controls services.

·        Champion continuous improvement in project controls processes.

·        Define and implement project controls approaches across various levels.

·        Establish robust governance and assurance processes.

·        Collaborate with clients to develop relevant breakdown structures and support scope definitions.

·        Define and implement scaled, tailored, and integrated project controls approaches.

·        Ensure alignment of scope, cost, risk, and schedule.

·        Train and coach clients and team members on performance and reporting management.

Experience we consider when hiring for a Project Controls Manager:

·        Application of multiple Project Controls disciplines in various projects, with a focus on Cost.

·        Integration of Project Controls disciplines and assessment of team maturity.

·        Proficiency in systems and tools such as Power BI and Excel for Performance Management, Analysis & Reporting.

·        Familiarity with Project Controls software such as Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys, etc.

·        Ability to interact with Senior Management / Leadership members in complex project environments.

·        Experience leading teams in defining and delivering performance management cadences.
